Teaching Philosophy

We often refer to teaching as a unidirectional relationship wherein one person imparts knowledge, the teacher, and the other is responsible for receiving the information, the learner . However, it is important to remember how important that this relationship is bi-directional.

Diversity & Inclusion

Building inclusive spaces, inclusive learning spaces, is important. However, this is only the first step. The real challenge is how to support these spaces sustainably and evolve them to ensure steady support of the participants.

Research Statement

It has been a great honor to participate in and conduct research in a broad range of topics and fields. What will always remain consistent is my commitment to serving animal welfare, food security, and sustainable solutions to community health.
